An expert in classic pizza, neapolitan pizza, contemporary neapolitan pizza, bakery and kitchen operations, he has a proven track record of launching successful restaurants, training international teams, and elevating culinary quality for world-class brands. As a dynamic leader, he has thrived in diverse environments, from luxury destinations like Soneva Resorts in the Maldives to major cruise lines such as Costa Cruises, Home Lines, and Carnival Corporation, and standalone restaurants across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.

Born in Canada to an Italian family and raised in the heart of Tuscany, Chef Joe Stanchi embarked on his culinary journey at the age of 14. His career began in the dining room, where he discovered a love for hospitality, but his innate passion for cooking soon drew the attention of the renowned Chef Marco Agnorelli. A master of seafood cuisine, Chef Agnorelli became a pivotal mentor, igniting the passion for Italian gastronomy that would define Joe’s future.

Fueled by passion and determination, Chef Joe Stanchi successfully owned and operated two of his own restaurants for over a decade. This success propelled him onto the international stage, leading to high-profile collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs like B. Barbieri, G. Sorbillo, and L. Prestia, and global culinary figures such as Chef Jenish Parmar in Ahmedabad. His expertise has been sought by leading companies for training, consulting, and new openings, including projects with Soneva Resorts in the Maldives, El Santuario in Costa Rica, Kos Beach Club and Pè Piacè Risto Bar in France, and Il Padrino in Mauritius.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Joe Stanchi is a dedicated martial arts master, a discipline that reflects the focus and precision he brings to his craft. His love for travel is not just a hobby but a core part of his professional philosophy. Journeys across four continents, including extensive work with top catering companies in India like Vpurohit Caterers, TGB Caterers, and FoodLink Caterings, have allowed him to discover new techniques and cultural perspectives, which he masterfully weaves into the fabric of his authentic Italian cooking.
