As an Italian pizza chef specialised in Neapolitan pizza and traditional Italian cuisine, I work with restaurants, brands and schools around the world to raise the level of their pizza and Italian food offer.
In 2025 I had the honour of serving on the jury of the India Pizza Championship at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, a qualifying event for the World Pizza Championship 2026 in Parma, Italy.
From Neapolitan roots to international stages
My professional journey started from the fundamentals of Neapolitan pizza: long fermentation, high hydration doughs, careful baking and respect for raw ingredients.
Over the years I have brought this know‑how to different countries, adapting techniques to local flours, ovens and markets, while always keeping the Italian identity of the product.
Judge at the India Pizza Championship 2025

In October November 2025 I joined the judging panel of the India Pizza Championship held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, one of India’s top exhibition venues.
The winner of this event earns the chance to compete at the World Pizza Championship in Parma, recognised as one of the most important pizza competitions in the world.
As a judge, my role was to evaluate dough, baking, balance of toppings and overall harmony, bringing an authentic Italian point of view to the scoring table.
This experience confirmed how strong the global interest in quality pizza has become and how important it is to invest in proper training and standards.
